good weather, irish days, lists, photography, rain, sun, weather
Today is one of those wonderfully weird Irish days. The sun lures you out with smiles and shine to only disappear, giggling, behind a big, black cloud, which in turn empties out bucket loads of rain, turning sunny patches into puddles.
But after the good weather we have been having I won’t complain, especially since it is giving me a great excuse to stay home and have a lazy day. However my lists of things to do (I have three going at the moment: to-do, to-pack and to-buy) keep catching my eye so I may have to cross off a few things to not end up with a squint or even crossed-eyed.
But before I do anything to strenuous I think I may just curl up with a cup of tea, listen to the rain on my window and flee into the magical world of storytelling …
Love your photo … I can feel how wet it’s … where you are. But rain comes in the package of beautiful Ireland. I love Irish even when it rains – what fantastic years I had there. I have always said that Ireland is the place everybody want to return to .. even before they left.
oh how sweet… and I always say: it we have sun you’d never want to go anywhere else…. come back and have a cup of tea with me

On my trip to Ireland, it was sunny in Galway, where we landed, we drove to a sea side town on the west coast, decided to visit the local aquarium and when we came out the rain was coming down sideways! It was crazy. Of course we were unprepared. The locals…didn’t phase them a bit.
no that is the way it is … you can’t know what the day will bring when you look out your window in the morning … so we all live in hope 🙂
You have a glorious way of enjoying moments in your life!
oh thank you … I actually really just think i am lazy 🙂
The tea is a great idea… and some planning maybe if you still have some to do.. Diane

Lovely! Taking the day to dream is a fantastic idea–one I also pursue on days such as in your wonderful image, Jensine!
